Jakubaitis further alleges in the complaint that Padilla disclosed confidential business trade secrets after he was fired and brought the information to Shirdels associates who opened up a duplicate enterprise from Shirdels office a week later. Further, Shirdel ran this entity from his law office for a full year using Shirdels business partner and former client Milton C Ault as the CEO of Letuscosign.com, later named Co-signer.com: hosted by an entire group of Shirdels friends. Less Milton C Ault III since he was sued by FINRA.

From the SEC filings for Corestream Energy (ZLUS), another pump and dump scam stock that the SEC shut down. Did the same thing that XCLK is doing now. Had Milton C. Ault III step down and put in a flunky CEO named Chris Rainbolt to make it seem like a different, legit business. XCLK is the new ZLUS!

On August 31, 2007, the Company issued a convertible note payable to Darren Magot for expenses paid on behalf of the Company. On March 15, 2010, a settlement was reached between Zealous, Inc. and Mr. Magot for equity in lieu of cash for the related note. The shares will be issued in 3rd quarter of 2010. The company is still in final negotiations regarding the amounts to be settled via proceeds of share sales.

Look at Biogeron (AGEL). Had a huge pump and dump of over 1 Billion shares in May. Company recently suspended and going to grays. Second stock managed by Ault to have done this.

There is more out there, including lawsuits for fraud from former business partners.

FINAL QUESTIONS
So who is HerbCentral.com? Or Cross Click Media? HerbCentral.com is likely the same people at COSR, doing another get-rich-quick front/fake company.

And if COSR is merging with Cross Click Media, or merging with another company to become CCM, then why are all the officers the same as COSR, pre-merger?
