Fair points.

But I see things a bit more optimistically now.

1. New CEO (after acquiring Avani)
2. New Company name based upon new company direction
3. Positive financials (actually positive revenues!)
4. New Joint Venture announcement
5. New Investment Banking & Advisory Firm

Seems like these might be worth a mid-long term hold (6-12 months).
