I am here to educate and accumulate. But until the restructuring occurs there will be no volume worth speaking about. First close the JV then restructure the stock, announce a big contract with the finance in place and then the stock takes off.

NOT BEFORE THAT. Penny stocks dont ever take off except with cheap scummy promotions that last all of two or three days.

Gimme a break greenback.
