It's true, I have been watching PRDL for a long time, and accumulation has been happening, but the investors are not talking much here on IHUB PRDL board.
There is over 500 mil. on the ask @.0002, but if we got some good PR's many of them would raise their ask price, 2's would fall quickly and the pps would rise!
They say they have a strategy to build shareholder value, and will be showing actual property deals in the coming months. $PRDL
