Let's make our money do something for us until these institutions decide that their going to drive the price up before shorting it or diluting it again. Like I said. Sell at any solid runs and wait till it dips again to sell. It seems this ones an ATM for the ones running the show. The stage is set and all they have to do is put on a the show and sell the tickets.
