be cautious about thinking we know what's needed to drive this to a ten or twenty bagger, because damn near anything can happen at any given time. The DOJ thing is bs, merely a distraction IMO, but its about perception. Clearly Tullow is past it, and friends of insiders could have been loading up on the dramatic take down to $1ish. $55ish to $1ish ... and .22 to $7.77 ... crazy stock and nobody has it figured out ... cept maybe a bigger hedge fund that can make things happen their way sometimes.
