Real Madrid, they are a long ways from needing to raise cash. Most of their operating costs are covered by the partner who will be more than willing to put forward another $110M with only decent results from the SAGD demonstration. The first $40M will fund a few more wells there also. Cash flow is just around the corner. Oh and by the way, even small sellers dont do $15 and $30.00 trades IMHO.
