I'm waiting to see if there is anything that will ever come out of this raid. If any chargers will ever be filed or If this gets back to Scott Dittman in any way. I really don't care what the stock price is right now... If Sears gets charged and Dittman stays free and clear, then this company has a chance. They did confiscate around 200k in a bank account though. It's coming up on 60 days on Wednesday since the raid with no charges filed.. The longer this goes, the worse it looks for the government. Tick-tock.... Almost August.. Charges should be coming soon, if ever..
