Hopefully company will be proactive and release the Q2 filing ahead of the august deadline.

Kinda defeats the purpose if we have to file extensions.

I don't think FINRA should or will allow a company to relist until they are fully reporting .. That means ongoing and being current all the time!


So we should expect perhaps a few more rounds of questions and answers including Q2 filings before we start trading... 2 more weeks perhaps!!!

Can't do anything but wait!

But honestly, I will be pissed off and upset if the company is not proactive in its filings and does not do them ahead of time. No excuse for it this time!

I am sure they will comply by FINRA requests and rules
