Aurcana Announces New President & CEO

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Marketwired - Jul 10, 2014) - Aurcana Corporation ("Aurcana" or the "Company") (TSXV:AUN.V; OTC:AUNFF) announces that Mr. Lenic Rodriguez, President and CEO, will be leaving his management position with the Company, effective July 19. The board would like to thank Mr. Rodriguez for his past services.

The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Kevin Drover has been appointed as the new President & CEO of the Company. Mr. Drover has been a director of the Company since November, 2013.

Mr. Drover brings more than 40 years of both domestic and international experience in mining industry operations, process re- engineering, project development and corporate management with both developing and producing companies in Peru, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Russia, the USA and Canada. Mr. Drover has held positions of President and CEO, Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, and General Manager of companies including Oracle Mining Corp., Glencairn Gold Corporation, Kinross Gold Corporation, Black Hawk Mining Inc., Lac Minerals Ltd. and BP Resources Canada Limited.
