Patent EP2352904 is not new, it's been in effect since 2011.

The only new thing is its status changed from "A4" to "B" last week.

Look it up and look at the drawings. It's the engine that Ohio State redesigned because they couldn't make it work.

It's a patent on an engine that will never be built.
