It means that Ihub has turned into a high school. "I'll be your friend if you'll be mine" mentality. Absolute insanity that grown adults stoop to these levels. This is nothing new - it has been going on for quite some time. My advice to you is, in the future when you receive another one, just ignore it. Don't even bother answering it.
