For retail investors this is a real coin flip.
Unless Meson has inside spy . . . Court and OMEX only ones to know for sure whats recovered and yet down there.
OMEX would be virtually committing susicide (BK), if it cannot get any new operating cash. OMEX would never have been hired by court, unless court knew quite high probability sufficient treasure still down there.
An interesting idea is OMEX goes to GLUU (now with huge 3 new mobile VG successes currently) and is working with them to create 'Find the Under SEA Gold' (or whatever VG maker)VG? It would cost about $3-4 Mil to make and need maybe 6-9 months to make using 30-40-50 techs.
GLUU has this amount of money to front right now.
Forget Candy Crush and Farming The Zombie Weed. GLUU has unique game design engine for cell phones, etc. to create better graphics with less memory use.
OMEX is too focused on Discovery Channel Ed movie style . . . they need to get out more and step into new age media. Remember how Pies Of The Krib attracted youth audience and old-ers also.

Meson is mostly using psyche fear warfare to force OMEX stock price down (unless he has better access to historical records, etc). He becomes a front runner for Quant attacks and hedge fund
strategic attack mode. Its like shooting us retail longs and shorts in a fish box with a shotgun. He is not dumb, and must have both long and short positions to cover himself. Forget him. Focus on the possible coin flip outcome.
The longer OMEX stays out to sea on task . . . the better it is for them for earning recover $$s from court and historic filming and artifact recovery and sale possibilities. Should be done by Mid-To-Late August is my present guess.

Mr. Meson . . . let's see some real evidence (sneak photos unsigned) on the internet to document your latest small box size only recovery info . . . are you really dumb enough to jump the court PR power?
