Investors tried. But Vision Capital, the hedge fund that purposefully destroyed the company and killed their research and products for a few bucks, although immoral and unethical, was legal.
Nothing anybody can do.

Anything you see in the future that has Vision Capital's name attached in some way to it, run far away from it.
