BCIT - Change is coming! In order for this country to get out of this depression/recession, the government is going to be forced to stop the laundering of money from the pockets of tax paying citizen to off-shore tax havens.

If the brokers have been willing participants, they will also be forced to disclosed who their "business partners" are.

Who will police this change? As few of people as possible. The more fingers in the pie, the fewer cherries remain.
