TPIV doesn't need a break, it needs to secure financing from alternate sources that won't destroy the pps that would either delay or prevent this science from ever being brought to market. Billions of dollars are at stake if this science continues to prove successful in trials, both to TPIV but moreso to competitors. If TPIV has indeed discovered new and successful avenues to combat cancer and future pandemics this is more a humanitarian issue than simply a monetary one.
