Sure. This is Cellar Locking. This is when the stock ASK is .0002 and No-Bid. Makes a huge spread where traders are not wanting to reach for the ASK. Just a tactic that is used by MM's. You can do some education in this and other subjects for playing sub penny plays. You can do it the easy way or like I did which is the hard way. You can spend many hours researching or just go to the link below and learn quick. Trader53 has some great educational information for trading subs and save you the time and effort. Spend a few hours reading his posts and save yourself a pile of effort.
