hard to say... it's a different day for each day they were shorted.. but to give you an idea, i posted about how the MM's get away with this and the due date 3 months ago.. thing is, is the penalty was less harsh for failures to deliver a few years back.. now sec is really coming down on them and is why we see more manipulation to drive the price down to scare sellers so they can get those air shares back to meet those due dates and not to loose money..
