The reason the share price is where it's at MFlores, is because of the lawsuits and the unknown future for CIRC. Yes this is a legal play. And NO I haven't changed my view one bit on where I think this is going and why. I believe CIRC can establish a new energy drink if they want to after these monetary awards and judgements start coming in. They have the money to do whatever they want. But first things first they'll pay off all debt and then lower the number of shares.
