It is very simple. Send out a PR informing the investors what they are doing. It is very simple. If you don't want to get help from knowledgeable people that offered that's fine but send out a PR explaining what's goin on.

If they don't want harassing emails then they should take care of the investors and let them know what is happening pure and simple.
