We don't know that KRFG is active in Nevada because it's a Delaware Corp. The officers of the Delaware Corp don't match the Nevada King Resources.

At this point there is no formal connection.

All we know is a dirty shell with an unknown and gagged Share structure and a DTC Chill has been sold.

Additionally a large number of shares is being dumped into whatever hype is being pumped here. Almost all the trades have been at the bid and as the bid falls the selling just moves lower.

Now folks are saying any action in weeks away.

This is a wait and see. Add at .0002 if you can and hope it runs.
