True. But, that also means that they are not willing to buy at a higher price yet.

One publicized motion in a positive direction could spark a willingness to buy.

The question with that would be: Is this a positive step for the company or merely a pump for more dilution in the market?

All these games we play. I'm glad all the money I have invested doesn't mean anything or I might be upset about it.
