Also looks like any shares bought at the ask are shorted and they will cover at .04 as they know they can. Remember a note was sold and imo that's how they drive down the price as the note holder can buy at 50% discount.
IMO at .04 and FLTT at .0004 AXLX and FLTT will merge and then it's on to the NYSE MKT.
