No updates ???? Clearly there is some disconnect on what an update is. I also haven't seen a PR that repeats itself with the same BS.
"The bovine study should be done by now"? Based on what information do you know that to be the case ? HEPI hasn't offered a timeframe for completion of the study and ultimately ZOETIS WOULD DICTATE WHEN/IF THE STUDY RESULT IS SUFFICIENT ENOUGH TO MAKE A DECISION ON WHETHER OR NOT TO LICENSE ...... NOT HEPI. The study is a requirement for Zoetis. Not HEPI. HEPI offered an expectation to report a subset of preliminary results in May. This would be an expectation the company created and has not delivered on thus far. Does it make it a lie ??? If you wanna call it that, so be it. Dahl's track record thus far is to deliver results. Results are rarely provided in the timeframe he himself offers. But to his credit, he eventually delivers. A stark contrast to former mgmt. I do agree preliminary bovine results should be known by now and should be offered but no one can say the "study should be done by now". Zero basis from which to make that claim. All one has to do is read the Dairy Experts PR to see there is significant complexity and staggering of study tests. The March 31 investor update says preliminary results on select groups in two months time. If the study began April 24 when it was PRd, 2 months is two weeks ago for PRELIMINARY result.
If an investor does not know where HEPI is heading by now, I don't know what the company could say that would articulate that beyond what Dahl has stated in the last two shareholder letters along with the information on the website and the PRs on the research. Its all spelled out. Also if one cannot distinguish between former and current mgmt, it is crystal clear owning this stock should be reconsidered.
So does making up lies to prove the assertion of lies prove anything ?? I think not. IMO any serious investor can make a few calls ..... without even talking to HEPI ..... To confirm if this is real. It is ultra clear that hasn't happened here.
