So where is Access & Associates located? Its located at

That address for Access and Associates is only 3.7 miles away from the address listen for the Yang Family Trust (8021 Adams Street Paramount, CA 90723.)

Interesting right? Look at the job description for Reggie. International Trade and Development Director.
So he would be very familiar with the importation of products.

Microsoft bought Nokia Handset division in the first week of September 2013 which included a patent portfolio that contains numerous camera related patents. Nokia is known for the cameras.

Microsoft own some 20k+ patents protecting Kinect and its integration into everything. The Kinect is 24 years in the making. So that properly establishes credibility Microsoft knows what they are doing in regards to camera related technology.

Now for REVO:
On September 23, 2013, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the sale of the rights to the following patents:

So Microsoft gets the portfolio from Nokia, Microsoft already owns their Kinect patents, and then Microsoft has a chance to buy or receive license to the REVO patents. Which would help Microsoft adequately own the Intellectual Property for an automated home security system.

Through negotiations Microsoft is mentioned in a PR from December 6th 2013. It states:

"REVO has been in talks with a U.S. multinational corporation that specializes in Internet-related services and products and services that include internet search, cloud computing, software, mobile wireless devices, digital entertainment, social networking and online advertising technologies. The internet company, located on the west coast, is a publicly traded company that reported over $50 billion in revenue in their Annual Report for 2012."

So currently we are right up to the point of contract finalization and signing. Its February 4th 2014. What would Microsoft need to completely verify that they can use Amaryllo's technology?
Microsoft needs to see that the FCC allows for Amaryllo's technology to be sold in the United States.

Then the weekend happens... And the following week REVO announces they have a licensee that signed and finalized a contract.
February 7th 2014 and February 12th 2014 are very close together.
