Not sure how you arrived at your PPS of $1.25, Codaras provided a pretty simple forecasting tool earlier this year that I will re-state for this post: The value of a company is predicated on its future cash flow, if BION forecast of $50M profit for each plant per year is accurate then 7X $50M is something close to $350M or ~$1 PPS (for each plant). What gets kinda of exciting (and skeptical) is the 10 year plan of 15 plants should equate to $15.00 PPS, that would be a game changer for this investor....

As to your question why is it a nickel today? Well they diluted the company by nearly 50% less than a year ago without even acknowledging it. They also have communicated EPC completion starting back in March 2013 when KBR was the construction company, followed by a couple additional missed dates since. Without EPC the company has performed a lot of hard work and progressive development progress as well as state bond commitments, but zero cash to do anything related to building a plant. Once the EPC is released (I expect any day now) then you are going to see some activity, as long as they don't dilute the outstanding shares further then we could see real value generation via stock price.

Hope this helps
