To say it is permanently dead has a very good foundation. 1. There is no business operating. 2. The shell was hijacked and used. The true owners have done nothing with MGLG since 2006. 3. The shell isn't worth using for anything else, especially since it is on the Gray Sheets. There are plenty more shells you can buy with far less baggage.
