First clue, and I've stated this many times, they created a public company via reverse merge. That is always suspect in my book.
Second they touted some "technology" that was nothing short of a miracle. That is a typical hype scheme to sell stock more than product. In light of the first reason, if you really have something that important and magical and intend to grow a real business based around it, you don't reverse merge into existence. Reverse merge hints that they are only creating a fly-by-night get rich scheme for them, not any investors.
Third, when looking into who the played are you can connect the dots. Cure was their manufacturer and many from HealthSport were behind it. That was just too fishy.
Fourth, their main hook was this sublingual and transdermal thing, yet they had some silly excuse why no product they sold actually advertised any of that. If that is you're selling point, then you do whatever you need to make sure that point is in every consumers face. Otherwise, you've got nothing.
I've learned that in these pink sheet stocks, proper DD is learning who is behind the scenes and their history. I was suspect because of the first point, but when I found out the third I pretty much knew then it was all bogus.
However, the fact that they were getting big name sponsors on board always confused me
These are my opinions unless otherwise noted.
