RENO, NV--(Marketwired - Jul 10, 2014) - Interactive Health Network (OTC Pink: IGRW) (PINKSHEETS: IGRW), a diversified holding company operating in the legal cannabis industry and advanced health supplements markets, today announced that it has completed the cancellation of Three Hundred and Fifty Million (350,000,000) shares of common stock, which reduces the share structure by more than 7%. This retirement is in addition to previously announced retirements, and these shares have already been returned to treasury. There has now been a total of Two Billion One Hundred Seventy Five Million (2,175,000,000) shares retired since April 1, 2014, or 42.58% of the total outstanding shares at September 30, 2013.
