There you go, this is how to rid of empty shells, put it on the Market Makers to quote only if the company is active and viable. If they quote it otherwise, punish them... Awesome...

Why have they not been doing this. Limit the thousands of OTC's down to the MMs... If not that force something else... You can only hold a shell "x" amount of time without revenue. So many basic laws they could establish to clean it up...

Although I like flipping some of these, just dont like the huge advantage others have in doing it, pumping it, dumping it, etc...
