maybe, maybe not. If the technology were really as great as Tirex led shareholders to believe, then there likely would have been offers to purchase the patents. A company with good salespeople would have grabbed the patents and run with the technology.

I doubt JT will give up so easily on his TXMC printing press by filing bankruptcy. I think RS followed by dilution allows him to keep it going for a few more years.
