I wouldn't settle for .0001 - I can get that in the open market now. Would rather keep my preferred shares and ride this out unless an offer is made to make it worth my while. Assuming a series E holder has 1,000 preferred shares. They could convert them to 100m common shares. 1,000 x 100,000 = 100m. Todays market price is .0001 so by selling in the open market one could get $10,000 now. The company would have to make it worth ones while to surrender the E series preferred shares - like $50,000. Otherwise one would be inclined to ride it out and see where the company goes since the shares are anti dilutive.

It is also interesting that it appears ARNH sold "We Three" (a company they acquired a while back)to CDIF who is now run by the former CEO of ARNH - they issued stock for this purchase which has yet to be reported by ARNH - CDIF has reported it.

My opinion as always.

PS I don't have PM capability here. If you send me a private message with your telephone number in the subject I could call you - just to brainstorm our investment here.
