Sorry bro.. I got carried away. I will consider this loss for now..Oh by the way there are "roughly 7 of you who got series E Preferred shares." Per your last post. If that is so that is 700M shares Common. That is not huge at .0001 that is only $70K .. Hope you settle with him at .0001 PPS so we can moved forward. Or settle half at that .0001 PPS the other 1/2 restricted so not to flood the Common. IMO

I tried to call Jason now at his cell phone 14025582200 but it's a answering service who answered. I am sure he check this board everyday. Hope he takes care of the Preferred Stockholder and also common stockholder. I will keep posting your good post here so to warn the new investors. Again thanks for the information.
