Here's something else that confuses me. On Feb 4, 2014, Exobox puts out a press release that states: "The Current operations, technologies, and patents of EXBX are being spun out in a new company with a 1 for 1 share distribution, this will leave the current shareholders with the same shares in EXBX as well as their newly found shares in CBG."

What technologies and patents are they talking about?

According to an EXBX 8-K, it states: "On May 8, 2011 Exobox Technologies Corp and SUEZ TECHNOLOGY CORP sold all of the company’s patents, technology and software to Burnt Hickory, LLC."
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1335002/000117152011000385/eps4225.htm

And here I believe is a quote from the sole officer and director of Exobox from back in December 2013: "In regards to Burnt Hickory, I have known about the deal with them, and from what I have reviewed, my opinion has always been that the note and proceeds are not recoverable without a costly lawsuit that we may or may not win. With that said I requested additional information, aside from the SEC, merely to see if there was in fact an unknown stone to be turned."

I wonder (not wander) if the sole officer and director of Exobox ever got that requested additional information because in the quote above he references both the note and proceeds (much like what was describe in that 8-K I believe).

I'm guessing he did because on Feb 4th, 2014, the company announced publicly "The Current operations, technologies, and patents of EXBX are being spun out in a new company"

This is so confusing in my opinion. I wonder if the company will ever clear up as to what it was they discovered that made them believe the company had technologies and patents when I believed they were already sold. Maybe there were some new patents and technologies after May 2011.

More on this soon I hope.

Go Exobox !!!!
