NAYDENOV, JORDAN G. — Director 2,786,357, POURHASSAN, NADER — Chief Executive Officer 137,278, MULHOLLAND, MICHAEL D. — Chief Financial Officer 55,950. Different than yahoo but still much less than your figures. Are you confusing options exposure with share ownership? Options have no voting rights. Same with warrants. Un-exercised warrants have no voting power and exercised they are simply called shares.


I got the impression the management cared very much about the share price. I like them. However the CEO is very green but the CFO is not. Having a pending reverse split hanging over this stock will hold it back leading up to and after this trial. That is a fact, it's what killed our move up to $1.
