That is not a good thing!!!! It was dismissed WITHOUT prejudice which means they can re-up the lawsuit at ANY time. This guy has lied from the word go. He could not even pay the BK case in Colorado for Master Lease and the case was dismissed there not discharged, so they still have a ton of debt and the bldg. was foreclosed on and is no longer in business. No website, no phones no trucks no nothing. Just a crook
