"...U.S. military is using Calmare..."???

For what? Doorstops? Interesting Christmas lighting?

Surely you don't mean "using" for treating pain?

I mean, surely, if they were using it to treat pain, then there would be news about all those patients getting miraculously relieved of their pain -- right? Certainly, there should be at least a LITTLE more excitement by now, wouldn't you agree? You know -- news reports, testimonials and that sort of thing? All those satisfied "military" chronic pain patients voicing their gratitude, etc, etc... After all, they've been "using" it for 3-4 YEARS now -- right?

More relevant, you'd think they would have ordered order at least a FEW more by now, wouldn't you? It's been at least two YEARS now since their last order, hasn't it? You'd think the military, of all customers, would be overflowing with demand and would need more units -- IF the device worked -- right?

And do you realize that, despite having started "using" the device 3-4 YEARS ago, it is NOWHERE mentioned in the "Federal Practitioner" -- "A peer-reviewed journal for health care professionals of the VA, DoD, and PHS":

And I found all sorts of info about acupuncture and other s"CAM" therapies on the VA's website but not word one about calmare or scramblers. Indeed, I found stuff the military has spent millions on, such as:

Those last two have each had over a million taxpayer dollars spent on them already -- can you believe that? Why, just think of all the calmares they could've bought! But, alas, no, and not one word, kind or otherwise anywhere on any military related site.

So pardon me if I doubt the military even knows it owns any calmares.
