Although Longs don't share your joy, in fact ironically GALE was upgraded (albeit from the bottom) by Thomson Reuters due to improved price momentum. Average Analyst Consensus (10) is BUY.

"The recent change in the Average Score was primarily due to
an improvement in the Price Momentum component."
