It is possible that the published court records are not totally up to date. Having said that, the published record of the Arizona Court of Appeals Division 2 reports that on June 29, 2014 the attorney's for John Bourque were given until August 11, 2014 to file an Answering Brief. I see nothing indicating a reversal or prisoner release.

Special note: The June 29, 2014 order was dated July 1, 2014 on the published record. Does this mean a two day delay before actions of the court are available? I don't know that. The length of time to actually be on the webpage is also unknown to me, and I am not currently motivated to call the court to find out.
