IAS/RaPower3 issue #1
From the Yahoo forum:
From the RagingBull forum:
I have a list of SEVERAL IAS/RaPower3 issues that haven't been addressed satisfactorily -- if at all. Some of those issues are technology related, and some issues are business related. Where would you like to start?
Hey, I know. Let's start with the original "CPA Opinion Letter" from Hansen, Barnett & Maxwell back in 2006. EIGHT YEARS AGO. That's the one that looked like somebody forged HBM's letterhead. I have a long list of discrepancies between a REAL HB&M letterhead, and the letterhead that was used for the "CPA Opinion Letter". We can discuss each of those discrepancies if you would like. Was the "CPA Opinion Letter" a forgery? That's not for me to decide, but if one of those official organizations wants to see my list of *verifiable* discrepancies, all they have to do is ask. What's your opinion on that letter? It contained HB&M's official opinion on tax credits. Would a reputable CPA firm send out a letter like that on something other than their own official letterhead? Considering the legal ramifications of doing something like that, I doubt it. Perhaps somebody should call HB&M and ask them about it. Their website is hbmcpas -- not hbmepas, like it says on the bogus letterhead.
