George Green, CEO of Union Dental, Purchases Shares of UDHI From Dutchess in Phase 3 of Agreement

CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - July 08, 2014) - Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UDHI) -- http://www.uniondental.com/ir -- a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members, announced that Dr. George D. Green has purchased 14,850,000 shares of stock from the convertible debenture issued to Dutchess Private Equities Ltd and the PIPE which the Company entered into in 2005 according to Phase 3 of the Agreement. As a part of the Agreement Dutchess is not allowed to convert any part of the debenture into shares for their company and can only convert the debenture to have shares issued to Dr. George D. Green.
