I could do the DD but it's exhaustive and thankless work. I'm just not convinced it's worth my time and effort for this company. My initial EMXX shares came from the acquisition of BULM and I added some after. I would like to see the company make more of an effort to update shareholders and investors on a regular basis. As I've said, I like the business model, the royalty stream is a cash cow that should allow them lots of leverage for prospecting and acquisition. I know this is a highly experienced management team but I've seen too many of these juniors become funding pits for management's expensive travel and lavish lifestyles. This sector is highly competitive and to make it requires a strong shareholder base. The only way to get that is with transparency, that's how you know whether this is the real deal or just an expensive hobby for a group of people.
