My plea for you to consult a contracts lawyer is to give you an opportunity to learn something about the contracts you speak of and to get you to NOT humiliate yourself by pontificating from ignorance.

Give yourself an opportunity to learn from an expert in that area of the law. This contract is rife with misspellings and poor grammar. Another thing my contracts lawyer shared with me, after going over this "contract", was that she should be disbarred if she ever let me sign anything as poorly written as this.

And you are misinterpreting what I have said before. I have said that IF MNTR had paid more than what is posted in their financial statements, then it would have to have been after March 31, an argument you attempted to refute.

You are also arguing that what is posted on the MNTR website is all of the facts and entirely true; hence my posting previous iterations of Chester's website and posting.

Great hoopla accompanies announcing potential and future acquisitions and letters of intent. The breakup and the failure to follow through can only be gleaned from Chester moving on to his next great acquisition and silence about previous deals.

And since "financial statements" are unaudited, the public can only guess as to what Chester is really doing.
