I took your warning and got out at .0065 this morning. Too many ifs for me. Makes no sense why you have all these board members resigning. It also concerns me that they are no longer required to file form 4's and from what I can tell, it seems like their restrictions for selling stocks would no longer be an issue.
I also emailed the company over the weekend and is the email was returned undelived. I called the company and left a message, but no one called back. Good luck to those still in here, I hope I'm wrong.
