T/Y. No rush 2get back in I can see... PGLC's in full fundraising mode as Alfers' previously alerted in his SEC filings. It IS officially 3Q14, as of Last Tuesday, July 1.

Either more dilution, or some debt financing genie in the lamp. Otherwise, I see more of the same, due to the fact, Honig and Frost need to keep majority control in this close to the vest equity.
