Oops, you're right. The way it's worded, 1 FOR 10, which I almost never see. I always see 10 TO 1. lol

So why is it they say the value is 0.001 then? And I doubt they'd drill. Too many scam companies do this. Report good news coming, and when the time comes a R/S is announced instead. Reading flayflyersfan's posts shows the brutal facts.
