I actually agree with you completely here. I think if the company was smart, they would hopefully build value to a point where the shares were in the 30-40 cent area and then reverse it to up list to Nasdaq. You're totally correct that they would need to raise some cash to do that.

Perhaps a 1 for 10 when at 30-40 and they raise $5M or so which also gets shares into others hands.

In this day and age, so few brokers and funds can touch a small stock like this listed on the otcbb. I too think a listing on a larger exchange very important and something they should absolutely be looking to accomplish in the future.

It would undoubtedly be one of the biggest drivers in terms of getting a valuation more on par with others in the space.
