Hate to disagree, but if you listen to the CEOs messages and interviews he has clearly laid out a plan that requires more stock to be floated to meet the NASDAQ listing requirements. They can not have 98% owned by insiders as is the current situation, so they either sell their own shares or dilute the company! Me thinks they are not going to give up control.
