From the MNTR and Bhang contract:

Section 12 Termination:

"Either Party may terminate actions toward consummation of this Agreement prior to its close by informing the other Party in Writing."
"This Agreement will automatically terminate if the transaction contemplated by this Agreement is not closed by March 31, 2014."

My previous 2 posts showed how many companies had "contracts" with Chester (MNTR).

Lots of hope and hype, promise of proceeds from the warrants, warrants aren't exercised, Chester gets his $104,000 annual salary, and we go on to the next hyped contract.

Same old, same old.

What has your research on "Symbian Bank" and "Ravensburg Capital" turned up?
