Has nothing to do with it. It is not the fault of the Wall Street 'big boys' that AiSystems abandoned their ASYI shell and refused to file reports with the sec for 2 years. No one cared due to the 8 million dollar deficit and that's why AiSystems walked from the shell and did not sell it.

The SEC has received complaints from the big boys on wall street b/c otc has taken too much of their $ the last few years. They want ALL of it now
